WPNV – LP 106.3 FM is owned and operated by the Black Business Alliance Peoria Chapter, Inc. (BBAPeoria), a 501c3 non-profit organization. WPNV stands for ‘We’re Peoria’s Neighborhood Voice’. Our goal is to provide thought provoking information and exciting music, over the air and streaming on-line. We broadcast urban adult contemporary music: R&B, Smooth Jazz, Gospel, Old School, Latin Soul and Conscious Hip-Hop. Educational Talk programming on Saturday morning and Sunday evening.
